About the Role:

We are hiring tele-counselors to guide students interested in MBBS abroad. This is a non-target, support-focused role with no sales pressure.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls.

Provide information on MBBS abroad programs, eligibility & admission steps.

Resolve student/parent queries with clarity.

Maintain call records and update CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups.

Requirements:

12th pass/graduate preferred.

Good communication in English & Hindi.

Basic computer skills.

Experience in tele-calling/counseling preferred.
