Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months experience in Outbound Calling / Call Centre / BPO Outbound Process
- Experience in counselling calls or lead calling will be preferred
Education
- Minimum 12th Pass (Result in hand mandatory)
- Undergraduates can also apply
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to interested students (company-provided leads)
- Counsel students and guide them to attend free walk-in seminars
- Explain course details and seminar process clearly
- Follow up with leads and maintain call quality
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Outbound calling experience
- Clear speech and confidence while speaking
- Talkative and convincing approach
Eligibility & Criteria
- Age: 18 to 34 years
- Clear speech clarity mandatory
- No major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) issues
- Candidate must be medically fit
Salary & Benefits
- Up to 21,000 25,000 In-hand CTC
