Job Description

  • Handle Customer's Inbound and Outbound Calls.
  • Solving Queries, Telling Them About Study Visa/PR.
  • Calling Prospective Clients and Setting Appointments.
  • Maintaining Healthy and Cordial Relations with Clients.
  • As a Tele-Counsellor, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
  • Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound/outbound telephone calls.
  • Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls.
  • You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • You should also note down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Any Bachelor Degree holder can apply
