This is a full-time, on-site Tele Counsellor role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Tele Counsellor will engage with prospective students and clients, provide detailed information about the institute's offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include answering queries, following up on inquiries, maintaining records of client interactions, and assisting with career counseling to help individuals select suitable programs. The role requires effective communication, data management, and a strong customer service focus.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills for handling inquiries and providing guidance
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to engage with prospective students or clients
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and maintain records efficiently
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including data entry and CRM tools
• Previous experience in counseling or sales-related roles is an advantage
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional regional languages will be considered a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field; education or counseling background is preferred
