We are looking for a Tele counsellor/Tele caller / Tele marketing specialist at Chennai Location. Having good experience in Tele calling and exposure in Education/ training Industry & IT skills programming.
Industry - Education/ IT skill training industry
Education - Any graduation
Experience - 3 - 5 Years
Key skills & Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales role, preferably in the training or education industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and concise speaking voice.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented and able to meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English + Any other language will be a added advantage.
