Job Description

Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to remind them of pending payments
Address customer queries related to billing, account status, and available payment options
Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach
Document all customer interactions, payment commitments, and outcomes in the company's database
Coordinate with the finance department to track collections and provide updates on account status
Follow up on promised payments and resolve discrepancies or issues raised by customers
Ensure adherence to all company policies and compliance regulations regarding collections practices
