This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Nashik. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients or customers via phone, explaining the company's products and services, and addressing customer inquiries. The Telecaller will maintain accurate interactions and call records, manage client relationships effectively, and collaborate with internal teams to meet outreach targets. Additionally, the position requires handling inbound and outbound calls and maintaining a professional communication standard.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and customers
• Proficiency in telecalling, customer relationship management, and outreach techniques
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work towards meeting communication and sales targets
• Positive attitude and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly regional and English, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or sales are beneficial
