Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Bengaluru. The Tele Caller will make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, introduce Loftsify's services, and explain how the studio can support their interior design needs. The role includes handling inbound inquiries, responding to leads from various channels, and scheduling consultations or follow-up meetings for the design team. The Tele Caller will maintain an organized call log and client database, update records after each interaction, and share regular reports on call outcomes and lead status. The role also involves coordinating with designers and sales team members to ensure a smooth client experience from first contact through to project discussions.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills for phone-based interactions.
  • Salary range from 18-20k, Experience 0-2years
  • Work from office (Hennur Main Road, kalyan nagar)
  • Customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and maintain a professional, empathetic tone.
  • Basic sales and lead qualification skills, including explaining services, identifying needs, and booking appointments.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills, with comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or similar software.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional regional languages (such as Kannada or Hindi) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred, ideally in design, real estate, or related service industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and meet daily or weekly calling and follow-up targets.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
