Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers
Set targets and track performance metrics
Monitor calls for quality and provide feedback
Develop scripts and improve call strategies
Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance to management
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
Minimum 2 years of experience in a team lead role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage targets and meet deadlines
Experience with CRM software is a plus
