Role Description
This role is for a full-time Tele Calling Executive based on-site in Chennai. The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service, resolve client queries, and promote banking products and services. The role will also involve maintaining accurate customer records, supporting sales initiatives, and building effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, Tamil, and/or other regional languages
- Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
- Basic knowledge of financial products and banking services
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is preferred
