Tele calling Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive based in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, identifying potential customers, providing information about properties and services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Telecalling Executive will also assist in organizing site visits, follow up with clients, and ensure superior customer service. The role requires effective communication and a customer-centric approach.

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, including fluency in English and local languages
• Customer service orientation, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client inquiries and follow-ups efficiently
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and using CRM tools
• Experience in sales or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory
• A positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and a proactive approach in handling client queries
• Familiarity with the Coimbatore real estate market is a plus
