Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and/or inbound calls to customers
- Explain company products or services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and/or local language
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
