We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and sales goals.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to improve sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is an advantage.
