We are looking for a dynamic Tele Calling Executive to join our team and assist in the recruitment of insurance advisors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, specifically within the insurance sector, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively promote recruitment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential insurance advisor prospects to promote recruitment opportunities.
- Provide information about insurance products and services offered by the company.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate details of calls made and responses received.
- Follow up with candidates to gauge their interest and schedule interviews with the recruitment team.
- Address any queries and provide guidance to candidates during the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in telecalling or a related field, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential candidates effectively.
- Strong persuasive skills to encourage candidates to consider opportunities in the insurance industry.
