Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Tele-Callers. The primary responsibilities include answering and making calls to clients, providing detailed information about the services, addressing inquiries, and assisting with customer issues. The role involves maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while building strong customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily administrative duties, including updating call logs and maintaining customer records, are also part of the job.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints
- Experience in tele-calling, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain organized records of client interactions
- Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach to customer interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are beneficial
