Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Wakad, Pune. The Tele Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over phone calls to promote and market travel services. Daily tasks include generating and following up on leads, providing detailed information about travel packages and offers, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of conversations. The role requires achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with customers.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to address queries effectively.
• Basic knowledge of sales strategies and the ability to meet targets consistently.
• Organizational skills to handle a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• A high school , diploma or equivalent or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
