This is a full-time, on-site position for a Tele Caller role based in Gurugram. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for professionally handling customer interactions over the phone, promoting real estate services, and addressing client inquiries. Your primary tasks will include building customer relationships, generating leads, and assisting clients with property-related information. The role demands strong communication and persuasion skills to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

• Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to deliver clear and persuasive information to clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Skills in establishing a positive rapport with customers and building long-term professional relationships.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Experience in lead generation, following up with prospects, and effectively closing sales deals.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions, maintain call logs, and organize tasks efficiently.
• Basic Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with using telecommunications systems, CRM software, and basic computer operations.
• Flexible and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in regional and/or local languages, in addition to English and Hindi, would be beneficial.
• Prior experience in the real estate or telecommunication sectors is a plus.
