This is a full-time on-site Tele Caller role, based in Ludhiana. The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers to provide detailed information about Wedding Asia's services, verifying customer details, and maintaining accurate records. Key duties also include identifying potential leads, following up with clients, managing customer queries, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, along with fluency in English and other local regional languages.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines.
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating customer details in CRM or similar systems.
• Adaptability and a customer-focused mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy in performance.
• Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience in a similar role.
