Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role located in Bengaluru South. The Tele Caller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing clients with information about our services, resolving queries, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads. Additionally, the role will require maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and working closely with other team members to achieve sales and service objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephonic skills
- Customer relationship management and client handling experience
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in English and any regional languages relevant to South India
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus
- High school diploma or relevant certification required
