About The Opportunity

A fast-growing organization in the Higher Education & Online Learning sector, focused on student recruitment, admissions support and academic programme outreach across India. We operate campus and remote outreach programmes that connect prospective students with relevant courses and counselling services.

Role: Telesales Executive (Tele Caller) On-site, India

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to prospective students and enquiry leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing eligibility, intent, and course-fit; convert qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate call records, lead status and follow-up tasks in the CRM; ensure timely updates and data hygiene.
  • Achieve daily/weekly conversion and call activity targets; escalate high-priority or complex leads.
  • Gather feedback from interactions to refine scripts and objection-handling approaches; contribute to continuous improvement of outreach messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to support lead nurturing campaigns and tele-outreach strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven telesales or telecalling experience.
  • Strong cold-calling and lead-qualification skills with a target-driven mindset.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for call reporting and basic data management.
  • Comfortable working on-site location Mohali.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; additional regional language skills are a plus.
