Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first attitude to achieve set targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call/lead conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduation (any stream).
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Care Executive preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
- Good listening skills and persuasive ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Experience:- 03 years in BPO, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in sectors like banking, insurance, education, healthcare, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
