Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Tele Caller Team Lead to supervise and drive a high-performing tele-calling team. This full-time, on-site role involves:
- Leading and motivating a team of tele callers
- Driving strong sales performance against daily and monthly targets
- Monitoring call quality and ensuring excellent customer experience
- Handling team escalations and complex customer queries
- Providing regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Maintaining accurate customer records and preparing performance reports
- Collaborating with management to develop strategies for improved conversions and service quality
Key Requirements- Strong sales knowledge with a proven track record in target-driven roles
- Excellent team handling and people management experience
- Demonstrated experience in escalation handling
- Fluency in English and at two or more of the following:
- Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam
- Prior experience in a call center/tele-calling/inside sales environment
- Experience working with call monitoring and recording systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in data management and report preparation
- Ability to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment
- Wellness or healthcare industry experience is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
