Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating leads for our company. You will be responsible for closing CSR enquiry over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

Explain course/services and answer questions from enquiry.

Maintain a database of customer information.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.

communication and interpersonal skills - Marathi and AVG. in English

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Patience and ability to handle pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in telesales or customer service.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospective enquiry
