Job Opening Collection Telecaller (Loan Recovery)

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Experience: Must have Loan Collection/Debt Recovery experience (DRA preferred, non-DRA can also apply)

Age: 21+ years

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass. Graduates/PG can also apply

Gender: Male/Female

Languages: Kannada (must), Telugu/Tamil (preferred), Hindi & English (must understand)

Shift: 9:30 am 6:30 pm

Detailed Job Description

Role: Collection Telecaller Loan Recovery

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers with overdue loans and negotiate repayment.
• Maintain proper call records and update payment status.
• Follow RBI & company guidelines for collection ethics.
• Coordinate with field team if required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in loan recovery or collection.
• DRA certified candidates preferred (non-DRA can also apply).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Telugu/Tamil is a plus; must understand Hindi & English.
• Basic computer skills for updating data in systems.

Work Conditions:

• Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
• Shift: 9:30 am 6:30 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
