Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Bengaluru. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone to introduce the company's home interior solutions, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling consultations with our design team. The responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. A proactive and professional approach is essential for establishing and nurturing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in customer interaction and effective listening.
• Telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor when speaking with potential clients.
• Organizational and record-keeping abilities to manage customer details and follow-up activities effectively.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to resolve customer queries in a polite and timely manner.
• Familiarity with home interior design or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
