Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller at our Bengaluru office. The Tele Caller will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of our products, and addressing inquiries about eSparsh HRMS solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client databases, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer engagement, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in customer interaction and service-oriented approaches
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of client interactions
• Ability to understand software products and confidently explain their benefits
• Basic knowledge of HR management processes is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales or engagement targets
• Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field is desirable
