Tele Caller

We are seeking a Tele Caller to join our team. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can connect with potential customers over the phone, introduce them to our products or services, and generate leads for the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided database.
• Introduce our products or services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
• Answer questions about products or the company to the best of your ability.
• Persuade customers to consider a purchase or schedule a follow-up appointment with a sales representative.
• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of all call interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections in a professional and calm manner.
