Tele Caller

We are looking for a skilled Tele caller with experience in the interior design industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting inquiries into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.

Explain our interior design services and offerings to customers.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.

Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and client engagement.

Collaborate with the sales and design team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling, preferably in the interior design industry.

Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

Strong customer handling and relationship-building ability.

Basic knowledge of interior design concepts is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work under pressure.
