Quickeee is a fast-growing Mumbai-based startup transforming the fast fashion space with 60-minute delivery and an AI-powered styling experience. We are building a premium, technology-first platform that combines speed, personalization, and design excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries across email and direct messages (Instagram, WhatsApp, or platform DMs) in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain and update CRM records — track conversations, tag leads, and keep customer data clean and organized.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase or post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products and messaging.
- Help draft and send outreach emails or DM campaigns to engage our existing customer base.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills — you can strike the right tone whether it's a formal email or a casual DM.
- Organized and detail-oriented — comfortable managing multiple threads and conversations at once.
- Empathetic and customer-first mindset — you genuinely care about the people you interact with.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Freshchats, Freshworks) is a plus — but not required.
- Available to commit consistently — we value reliability over experience level.
