Salary - 12,000 in hand to 18,000 in hand + Incentives
Responsibilities -
Make outbound calls to customers using a manual/auto dialer.
Contact customers who have visited our website for used small commercial loading vehicles or have met our field team.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the nearest 91 Truck Store for their needs.
Schedule customer visits to the suggested store and follow up accordingly.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Work on multiple processes, including customer service, data entry, and data management in Google Sheets.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets.
