Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls within SLA timelines
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Maintain Average Handling Time (AHT) and After Call Work (ACW) targets
- Ensure adherence to shift schedules, login hours, and break timings
- Follow all process updates and report issues in real time
- Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and empathy
- Raise and manage service requests/dockets through system, calls, or emails
Salary - 1 LACS to 1.68 LACS Per Annum.
Education : 10th and above.
Location: Bidhannagar, Kolkata Head Office
