Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Proactively research and identify potential customers in assigned territories (domestic).
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through email marketing, cold calling, and other methods.
  • Regular contacting EXISTING clients for increase in sales as per plan given by Marketing Manager.
  • Qualify leads through initial inquiries to assess their needs and suitability.
  • Sales & Order Management:
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers by presenting product offerings and negotiating deals.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive pricing quotes for customers as required / instruction of Manager Marketing.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication and prompt response to inquiries.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform future sales strategies.
  • Product & Market Knowledge:
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio, features, and benefits.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of trade processes and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel example to maintain sales funnel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
