Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller in Real Estate, located in Navi Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating and nurturing leads, providing consultation to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, explaining property features and benefits, scheduling client site visits, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving targets
- Basic knowledge of Real Estate trends and services, or a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office tools, and telecommunication systems
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is advantageous
