Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and

support the sales team by scheduling site visits and maintaining client communication. The

role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases

● Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads

● Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective clients

● Schedule site visits for the sales team

● Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients

● Update and maintain CRM records accurately

● Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures

● Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements

● Graduate in any field

● 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / real estate calling

● Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi preferred)

● Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

● Ability to handle rejection and maintain follow-up discipline
