Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Handle communication through emails and chat platforms.
- Perform data searching, lead identification, and database updating.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support the sales cycle.
- Maintain proper records of interactions and client information.
- Visit clients when required to support sales discussions and relationship building.
Required Skills Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools .
