Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller with 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating site visit appointments, and supporting the sales team in lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify prospects
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers
- Schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for updates on site visits and closures
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and site visit targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure positive customer experience
Requirements
- 14 years of experience in real estate telecalling (mandatory)
- Good understanding of real estate projects and sales process
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections confidently
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Fluent in [mention required languages e.g., English & Hindi]
