Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/prospects as per the provided database.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Resolve basic customer issues or escalate to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain proper call etiquette and a positive attitude on calls.
- Update the CRM or call sheets regularly.
- Coordinate with sales/operations teams for smooth closure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and calling scripts.
