Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers/prospects as per the provided database.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer details.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Resolve basic customer issues or escalate to the concerned team when required.
  • Maintain proper call etiquette and a positive attitude on calls.
  • Update the CRM or call sheets regularly.
  • Coordinate with sales/operations teams for smooth closure.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and calling scripts.
