Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller, located in South Delhi. The primary responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls to address customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with receptionist duties as needed. The Tele Caller will also help with front office tasks, maintain accurate records of interactions, and ensure consistent communication with clients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling Front Office tasks
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organizational efficiency
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with coworking space services or professional working environments is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a bonus
