Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Delhi, India. As a Telecaller, you will engage with clients to provide information about financial services, address customer inquiries, and support clients in using the Legacy Haven app. Your responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, you will work closely with the team to ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and problem-solving
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of financial services and investment products is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office
  • Confidence in explaining and promoting digital applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous
