Role Description
We are seeking a Tele-Caller (Language: Kannada) for a full-time position located on-site at our Nagpur office. The responsibilities of this role include initiating and managing outbound calls to customers, providing information about financial products, and addressing customer inquiries. The Tele-Caller will assist customers with loan-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting BFL's services.
Qualifications
- Job open for fresher's and experience.
- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory, along with good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services, such as Two-Wheeler Loans, Personal Loans, and LAP.
- Ability to meet daily and weekly call targets and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage calls and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic computer skills.
