Tele-caller

This is a full-time, on-site Tele-caller role based in Ahmedabad. The Tele-caller will be responsible for contacting prospective students and providing information about the institution's services, answering inquiries regarding study abroad programs, and following up on leads. The role involves maintaining accurate records of communications, scheduling appointments, and providing support throughout the application process. Additional responsibilities include working in coordination with counselors and contributing to achieving enrollment targets.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in telephonic interaction
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to build relationships and provide supportive guidance
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and using CRM tools
• Multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and schedules effectively
• Proficiency in English, and knowledge of other languages is considered a plus
• Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or a customer-facing role is an advantage
• Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
