Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Tele Caller for an on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include making outbound calls to students, providing them with information about our services, and answering queries regarding abroad education and career guidance. The Tele Caller will maintain accurate records of communication, follow up with prospective students, and coordinate with the team to assist students in their journey abroad.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in telephonic communication and handling customer queries
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide satisfactory solutions to students inquiries
• Ability to work in a team and contribute positively to collaborative goals
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is advantageous
• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or the education sector is an asset
