Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Tele Caller, based in Noida. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, providing details about real estate services, and maintaining client records. Additional responsibilities include following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Basic knowledge of real estate services and property management is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for managing client records and follow-ups.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and support sales initiatives.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications like MS Office is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
