Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling candidates and clients, explaining our recruitment services, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates and employers using provided database
- Explain job openings, consultancy services, and registration process clearly
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain call records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM or Excel sheets
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate closures
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Ability to handle rejection and work under target pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
