Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Bengaluru. As a Tele Caller, you will play an essential role in engaging with potential clients and providing them with information about Blue Morpho Designs home interior solutions. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling client queries, maintaining accurate call records, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings. You will collaborate closely with our design and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and additional local languages preferred
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively
• Experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and an interest in home dcor is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in an on-site role, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate a client-focused approach
• Previous experience in the home interiors industry is an advantage but not mandatory
