Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telecaller located on-site in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients or customers, addressing queries, providing information, and resolving issues. Additional tasks include maintaining records of customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving designated call targets. This role requires effective communication and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, as well as the ability to actively listen and articulate effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with call center or telecommunication software tools.
- Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and address their concerns empathetically.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or related fields are a plus.
