Tele Caller – Institutional Sales is responsible for generating business through Students admissions for a one of our reputed Client (Education Institute). The role involves off-ground client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller position located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves contacting potential clients and managing routine follow-ups via calls to promote educational programs and services. The Tele Caller will also address inquiries, provide detailed information about offerings, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of interactions in a database to ensure consistent client management. Meeting individual and team targets is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and perform client follow-ups.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office tools and familiarity with data entry processes.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent education qualification preferred.
