Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to customers, both existing and potential, to collect outstanding debts. Daily tasks include making phone calls, negotiating payment plans, explaining payment options, and maintaining accurate records of communication. The role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and professional handling of interactions to meet the company's goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or telecalling roles
- Ability to work with accuracy while handling account information and recording customer data
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or telecalling software
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
- Prior experience in debt recovery is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Telugu and Hindi, is considered advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
