Job Title:Tele Caller / Pre Sales Executive

Location:Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and generate interest in our projects.
  • Present project details, address queries, and build strong client relationships.
  • Schedule and confirm client site visits (primarily weekends) and virtual presentations (weekdays).
  • Maintain regular contact with interested clients to drive conversions.
  • Update all interactions in CRM, track leads, and share daily/weekly reports.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and achieve set targets

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Should have good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
