Job TitleTele Caller / Customer Relationship Executive
Location: Surat (Office-based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to jewellery enquiries
- Explain gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery products, pricing, certifications, and ongoing offers
- Follow up with leads generated through the website and social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order closures and fulfilment
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and customer details
- Handle customer queries professionally and assist in closing sales
Required Qualifications & Skills- Minimum qualification: HSC (Graduation preferred)
- 13 years of experience in telecalling, customer relationship, or sales roles
- Experience in jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle products is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency preferred
- Ability to handle customer follow-ups and sales conversations confidently
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and basic CRM tools is a plus
- Professional attitude, pleasant communication style, and customer-focused approach
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: 12,000 20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
